Most cashmere styles (unless otherwise stated) are fully machine washable and will retain their shape and improve their lustre with washing at a 40 degree machine or hand wash, using a gentle detergent.

Our cotton shirts are also machine washable at 30 degrees. Place a small amount of lemon juice in your wash from time to time to keep your shirts bright white. Always dry naturally on a hanger and iron while damp.

Royal mail first class delivery at a cost of £4.95 per order, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. No signatures are required on standard delivery.

Next working day (UK only)

Royal mail special delivery signature required. Guaranteed to be delivered by 2pm next working day at a cost of £9.95 per order.

Gift Service

All items in the range Can be gift wrapped with a personalized message and posted to any UK mainland address for an additional £4.00.

Hassle Free Returns

We are happy to give full price returns within 14 days on goods ordered via the website, house party or mail-order.

Whether it's the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not really 'you', we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 14 days on full price goods (excluding any delivery charge).

Please return within original packaging and retain proof of purchase.

Cashmere Care

All our cashmere (unless otherwise stated) is machine washable on a delicate cycle at 40 degrees or less. We recommend that you turn your garment inside out, do not use fabric softeners or conditioners and after a short spin, pull to shape and dry flat.

Due to the nature of cashmere’s long and super soft fibres, the friction of wear may cause tiny balls of fluff to form on new garments. We recommend that you use your CASHMERE COMB (available to order through our accessories page) to de-pill before washing, when required. These loose fibres should disappear forever after a few washes.

Payment couldn’t be easier – either by credit/debit card by secure Server using Paypal, one of the world’s leading internet payment providers (you don’t need a Paypal account and you can use most types of card including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo). You can also pay by credit card over the telephone if you prefer or by personal or bankers cheque, made payable to Cashmere & Cotton Ltd and posted to: Cashmere & Cotton, Whitehall, 75 School Lane, Hartford, Cheshire. All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser's card details are retained by us but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase.

Payment may only be made in pounds sterling (GBP£).

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new clothes from cashmere & cotton, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy , you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return any items. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt.
